Zoe is based within the Young People’s Accommodation Pathway within the Local Authority, in the borough of Camden. This is a new role, though Zoe would be expecting to offer consultation, training, supervision and support to staff teams who work with and around young people in the accommodation pathway. Zoe would also expect to assess mental health difficulties and facilitate appropriate referrals for such young people. Zoe has a wide range of experience working both with young people and adults in a clinical and consultation capacity. Zoe has a particular interest in the workings and dynamics of teams and implementing and facilitating reflective practice groups. Zoe is also an accredited MBT practitioner and uses this approach in her clinical and team work.
