Nik provides audit, evaluation and research support to the PICT team 2.5 days a week. He comes from a research background with his PhD examining how parenting practices and children’s executive functions predict school success in primary and secondary education. He has over five years of experience in data analytics with proficiency in SPSS and Mplus (for structural equation modelling).
