A Recovery College brings together two sets of expertise – professional and experience – in a non-stigmatising college environment with the same systems as other educational establishments.

Free 12 week structured exercise programme programme tailored specifically to the needs and goals of participants through individual and group based activity, to improve the health and wellbeing of participants through increased physical activity levels.
