A service for people over 16 with a disability or health condition as defined by the Equality Act, who are leaving education, or who feel their job may be at risk because of their disability or health condition. The service provide 1:1 and group support, online employment support services including live chat with an employment advisor, online forums, and online tools to develop skills.

The Parent House

Provides a package of courses which complement other courses such as ESOL and IT which are run by local colleges. Each course starts with an initial needs assessment so the appropriate type and amount of support can be given to each learner throughout the course.
