Camden Active Health Team (Clinical Referral for Physical Activity)

The service is for people with a clinical diagnosis of a mental health illness where the diagnosis has persisted for at least six weeks. The service provides an eight-week free specialist activity programme, including sports groups, gym and group exercises. Offers an initial consultation with an exercise specialist and then follow on support and motivation.

The service is for Camden residents and provides advice on how to fit physical activity into your daily routine and help you find free and low cost activities in Camden. Community activity classes include Tai chi, healthy hearts, healthy bones, yoga, badminton, swimming, free health walks, classes for women only and classes for older adults.
